There is no doubt on how serious Microsoft is about the Cloud Computing.  Microsoft is moving all the products, one by one, into the cloud.  Microsoft just recently made Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, its enterprise resource planning application, as a Cloud ERP available to business customers in 25 countries and 23 languages with a subscription-based model for the software.

“Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is a new generation of business applications. It’s the ERP solution that sets customers free and puts them in control of their business,” Ballmer said. “Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 helps companies be more agile, simplify decision-making and succeed in any environment.”
